Delicious salad with zucchini for the winter

Prepare all vegetables. The fact that they need to be washed and cleaned is already understandable))) Vegetables such as tomatoes, sweet bell peppers, garlic and hot peppers must be passed through a meat grinder or chopped with a submersible blender. I used a grinder.

Here are the vegetables I prepared.


Pour the resulting vegetable mass into a saucepan or, as in my case, into a slow cooker.


This mass must be brought to a boil. Set the mode "steaming" or "baking". As soon as the mass boils, add sugar and salt to it. Stir with a wooden spatula.


Prepare the zucchini in advance by cutting them into cubes. Immediately send the zucchini to the boiled mass.


Switch the slow cooker to the "extinguishing" mode and set the time to 25 minutes.


After 20 minutes of intense bubbling, the zucchini salad looks different. The zucchini became olive in color, and the mass thickened a little. Add at this stage rast. oil and table vinegar. Mix well and let the salad boil. That is, it will take the remaining 5 minutes.

There is an opinion that in the old days oil was added to the blanks only so that the products did not deteriorate. After all, there were no screw caps before. But we, modern housewives, appreciating the work of the older generation, continue to adhere to the recipe without changing it.
