Use not very fat cottage cheese for cooking (if you take it in the market, ask for low-fat cottage cheese, in the store choose cottage cheese no more than 5%). It is better to sift the flour before making cheesecakes, this will save it from lumps and enrich it with oxygen, making children's cheesecakes more airy.

Crack an egg into a wide bowl. I recommend washing it before cooking. Unfortunately, in our country, manufacturers are not required to wash chicken eggs, and therefore, when eggs are broken, dangerous salmonella bacteria can get into the dough for cheesecakes.
